Milgard is the leading manufacturer of windows and doors in the Western United States with operations in Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, and Texas.

We are currently searching for a Customer Service Supervisor (CSS) to join our Sacramento, California Team!

The CSS will be responsible for displaying exemplary customer service internally and externally. In addition, the successful candidate will be leading training and development for our Customer Services Representatives (CSR).

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the following key functions:

  • Leading a team of 15+ CSR’s
  • Handling multiple customer escalations and follow up
  • Leadership development and individual development of the team

Viable candidates should possess:

  • High volume call center experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Coaching/Development experience of teams with different levels of employees
  • Experience servicing a product of windows and doors
