Milgard Windows and Doors, Inc., the leading manufacturer of premium windows and doors in the Western United States, has a rare opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager in beautiful Denver, Colorado. These opportunities are rare and as such we’re using the occasion to seek an experienced, successful Sales Manager who can grow with us in the near future into a General Manager role – overseeing a full-on P&L for a manufacturing and sales operation within Milgard’s footprint.

Our needs require a Sales Management professional who understands business and the big picture – who can drive profitable sales, understanding there is much more than top-line to focus on, who uses data and analysis of data to make smart selling decisions that support bottom-line growth. Our ideal candidate will have a record that demonstrates successful year-over-year growth attained through smart, data-driven business decisions, strong customer relationships, and a well-managed and professional sales team.

This opportunity requires an individual that has experienced managing sales in the $44M+ range across a varied geography. Situated in a beautiful Denver, Colorado location where the cost of living is reasonable and affordable – your team sells into Colorado, Salt Lake City, Kansas City and part of New Mexico. We are one of the top two markets in the U.S. year over year– and our business reflects that!

What we want:

  • Successful track record that beats the market in year-over-year sales increases.
  • Proficient in using Excel.
  • Budgeting and forecasting; Must be able to manage P&L
  • Demonstrated development of a well-oiled machine of a team that goes to market and gets it done in a professional and profitable way.
  • Experience managing a team of Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Development of people to grow and take YOUR place through one on one coaching, constructive feedback and providing stretch opportunities.
  • Experience selling through a dealer network; understanding differentiation in channels
  • Minimum four-year degree; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in Building Products industry a plus
