Job Description

Milgard Windows & Doors is nationally known as a company committed to customer service and high quality products. We started over 50 years ago in Tacoma, Washington and have expanded throughout the Western United States, most recently into Dallas, Texas. We are the quality and service leader in every market in which we operate. Since 2001 we have been proud to be part of the Masco family of companies – joining such well-known brands as Delta Faucet, Kraftmaid Cabinets, and Behr Coatings products. We’re a company committed to creating a culture that is respectful of our differences while ensuring inclusion – and opportunity!

Currently we are seeking an Engineering Change Notification Coordinator (ECN Coordinator) to join our Corporate Design Engineering team in Tacoma, Washington. This position will oversee our internal engineering change system, and supporting software (Service Now), as well as assist in design engineering projects. Additionally, we would like this position to participate in and take a lead role in developing a new system to maintain our Change Notification process.

We need an individual with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, SolidWorks experience, AutoCAD experience, MS Office Suite, and good organization and project management skills.

Bring your work ethic and willingness to learn and we will invest in you through training you in our ECN process. As the individual with responsibility and oversight of this important function, you will truly make a difference.

Milgard is growing and just came off a record year in 2017! 2018 looks to be another growth year, which continues to create opportunities for team members. This role is a great opportunity to learn our business, show what you can do and, if you aspire to more, move into a Product Design Engineering role in future. We have a robust total rewards offering including items such as:

  • Performance Bonus Incentive – your efforts are rewarded!
  • PTO – your time is your own – enjoy it!
  • Medical/Dental/Vision – Milgard picks up the majority cost of these important benefits!
  • 401k with a match – 100% of the first 4%
  • Tuition assistance – continue your education; we’ll help!
  • Career growth opportunities – take on more responsibility and grow!
